JOSH FREESE To Rejoin A PERFECT CIRCLE Live For The First Time In 13 Years

Legendary drummer Josh Freese will rejoin his bandmates in A Perfect Circle on stage for the first time in 13 years for their upcoming tour with Puscifer and Primus. Freese notes that he’ll have to leave the tour once Foo Fighters start up their coming dates, but he hopes to rejoin A Perfect Circle again as soon as possible.

“Due to my schedule with the Foo Fighters I’ll be having to jump off after the Hollywood Bowl on April 20,” said Freese. “Gunnar from Puscifer will be filling in on the remaining dates (maybe a little Tim Alexander too?).

“There’s a chance I’ll be able to show up to another gig or two after that if time allows but for now that’s the plan. A Perfect Circle has always been a very special band for me and I’m really looking forward to getting out and playing these songs again.”

Freese drummed for A Perfect Circle between 1999 and 2004, and then again briefly between 2010 and 2011. Puscifer, A Perfect Circle, and Primus‘ tour dates are available below. Get your tickets here and keep an eye out for their three-way split coming up next week!
