El Estepario Siberiano – that absolute maniac on drums – has a new band called The Cost, and they’ve got a new single featuring System Of A Down frontman Serj Tankian called “Her Eyes” streaming right now.
“Not even in my wildest dreams i would imagine that the universe would give me a chance to work with my favourite singer in the history of music,” wrote El Estepario Siberiano of the single.
“As much as i will cherish this song for the rest of my days on this world, it would be arrogant not to be grateful to the people who made it possible: YOU. On both my success and my failures i’ve found the courage and the strength i needed to keep going in you guys. You’re not an audience, you’re my family.
“In order to give something back to a universe that seems to be generous with me, I thought we could use the video to collect money for the people who really need it. The donation is totally official and goes straight to Save The Children so that they can hopefully make the life of those in need better.
“We can certainly do better as a world right now, i hope this song can be my grain of sand. STOP ALL WARS.”
