ROB HALFORD & JAMES HETFIELD Had A Great Time Watching TURNSTILE

Turnstile has been on the rise over the past few years. The band released their 2021 album Glow On which peaked at No. 30 on the US Billboard 200 and landed on tons of year-end lists, while the band themselves have been creeping up the billing of major festivals.

For proof of the latter, look no further than the massive sea of people watching Turnstile do their thing at Norway’s Tons Of Rock… or the two very important metal overlords rocking out on the side of the stage.

Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford and Metallica‘s master of downpicking James Hetfield watched Turnstile tear it up live, which frankly rules – it’s awesome to see the previous generation of huge names out there enjoying the next generation.

Now if we could just get those two on a Turnstile track, we’d have one hell of a heavy punk song.
