People got to see an adorable show of strength at the Iowa State Fairgrounds.
Tuesday was the Pedal Tractor Pull. Kids as young as four hauled weights behind them in tiny tractors.
The competition is judged on speed and distance. For most, it’s all about fun, but for one kid sister station KCCI spoke to, it’s all about the competition.
Weston Smith, who got first place this year, has competed in other child tractor pulls around Iowa.
“At Canyon County, I got second place last year, and I got third this year,” Smith said.
The Outlaw Truck and Tractor Pulls were supposed to follow Tuesday afternoon, but both were canceled due to the weather.
Anyone who bought a ticket will get a refund.
