Wormrot‘s classic lineup has reunited after a tumultuous few years of turnover. Wormrot is now mainstay guitarist Rasyid, drummer Fitri who was in and out of the band between 2007 and 2015, and original vocalist Arif who quit the band back in 2022.
Wormrot hasn’t issued any lengthy statement on the matter, only noting: “Even darkness must pass. Welcome back, Arif and Fitri. New noise in 2025″ Despite his absence between 2022 and 2024, Arif has still performed on every Wormrot release. Fitri hasn’t played on any new Wormrot material since Noise in 2011.
