Olivia Culpo Is Pregnant, Expecting 1st Baby With Christian McCaffrey

Olivia Culpo is pregnant with her and Christian McCaffrey‘s first baby.

The model, 32, announced the news via Instagram on Monday, March 10, sharing black-and-white photos from a maternity shoot. “Next chapter, motherhood 🤍,” she wrote in the caption.

In a second upload, Culpo shared a video of herself and McCaffrey, 28, holding hands while walking in a field. She wore a white dress, cradling her bump as she and her husband celebrated the milestone. Another behind-the-scenes moment showed McCaffrey holding up sonogram images. Culpo captioned the video with two white hearts.

The couple, who tied the knot in June 2024, have been thinking about starting a family since before their wedding day.

Culpo admitted during a TikTok video in October 2023 that she wanted to “rip out” her IUD and “start trying immediately” after walking down the aisle.

In the same video, Culpo said she manifested McCaffrey after thinking she wanted to spend some time as a single woman.

“For a while I thought I was going to be a bachelorette, but pray for your future husband. That’s what worked for me,” she said. “I said, ‘God, please show me a better way.’ I wrote down so many specific things … and I [wrote] I wanted somebody that was really close with their mom, and like, he’s so close with his mom. Like, [I wished for] really random things.”

The pair were first set up on a blind date in June 2019 and publicly confirmed their relationship on Valentine’s Day 2020. Culpo began imagining a future with McCaffrey early on.

“[We’re] taking it day by day,” Culpo exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2022 when asked whether she was thinking about marriage or children. “It’s really exciting, you know, there’s so much to be grateful for, and I don’t wanna give too much away because we do get into this a lot in [on The Culpo Sisters] but … I know that everything’s gonna work out exactly how it’s supposed to. I’m really excited for that.”

During an episode of The Culpo Sisters that aired one month later, Culpo revealed she had frozen her eggs.

“I’ve been making decisions out of fear for the future,” Culpo said during the first season finale, which aired in December 2022. “There’s a lot of pressure that I’ve been putting on my relationship because of fertility.”

She continued at the time: “I am going to freeze my eggs so that I can have babies when the time is right for Christian and I. It’s an insurance policy. It’s exciting.”

McCaffrey proposed in April 2023 after nearly four years of dating. The twosome exchanged vows in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, last summer.

It’s the beginning of the rest of your life — and it’s the union and bond of two people forever,” Culpo gushed to Vogue about marriage. “When I think about Christian and what he loves and the moments that he thinks that I’m most beautiful, it’s absolutely in something like this [Dolce & Gabbana gown]: timeless, covered, and elegant.”
