Chicken Guy at Harrah’s Las Vegas Now Open • This Week in Gambling

American restaurateur, author, and TV personality Guy Fieri has opened Chicken Guy at Harrah’s in Las Vegas. The fast-casual dining venue features all-natural, succulent chicken, and it’s the fourth location he has opened with Caesars Entertainment Sin City.

Delectable menu items include chicken sandwiches such as the Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Big Bite Sandwich made with pepper jack, Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ sauce, Special sauce, slaw, pickles and barbecue chips, or the Jalapeño Popper Big Bite Sandwich made with Jalapeño Ranch sauce, pepper jack, sliced jalapeños, bacon and jalapeño cream cheese.

Guests at Chicken Guy at Harrah’s can also enjoy tenders, and guests can choose from 11 signature condiments including Donkey Sauce – a mixture of mayonnaise, roasted garlic, mustard, Worcestershire and lemon – and Nashville Hot Honey Sauce. There’s also Fried Pickle Chips, Loaded Mac ‘N’ Cheese, Chicken Guy Fries with Guy’s signature fry seasoning and American Slaw.

“Everyone knows that Vegas is my home away from home so to bring a second Chicken Guy location to the iconic Strip is a big deal,” said Guy Fieri. “Whether you’re at Caesars Palace or now across the street at Harrah’s, we’ve got all of your chicken tender, sandwich and sauce needs covered!”

For dessert, the eatery offers a variety of tasty Flavortown Shakes, including vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, Oreo, Triple Double Mint and Apple Cinnamon Cereal. Chicken Guy at Harrah’s is in the Fulton Street Food Hall inside the resort, and hours of operation are 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
