That sentiment may be partially true, but c’mon, there’s so many n\u00fc-metal albums that sound just as good today as they did when Limp Bizkit<\/a><\/strong> were rollin’ their way across MTV.<\/p>\n You’ll have to forgive us for skipping albums like Korn<\/a><\/strong>‘s Follow the Leader<\/em>, Deftones<\/a><\/strong>‘ White Pony<\/em> and Slipknot<\/a><\/strong>‘s self-titled. We all know those are S-tier n\u00fc-metal albums, so let’s dig a little deeper into metal’s most maligned subgenre.<\/p>\n If you\u2019re gonna make music this wild, you\u2019ve got to be one of the tightest bands on earth. Very few acts can do what Maximum the Hormone<\/a><\/strong> did on 2007\u2019s Bu-ikikaesu<\/em> \u2014 limitlessly mash together styles and make it sound easy. You\u2019ve probably heard \u201cZetsubou Billy\u201d and \u201cWhat\u2019s Up People?\u201d if you\u2019re a Death Note<\/em> fan, but this entire album is packed with n\u00fc-metal genius that\u2019s immune from getting stale.\u00a0<\/p>\n \n
