You have a choice as to whether you give in to temptation or not.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>(Proverbs 1:10)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Twisted Truth #5:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u201cA thought can\u2019t be sinful.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Truth:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>An initial impure thought is not sinful, though it is a temptation. However, continuing with an unholy thought can make you<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>captive to sin.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>(Acts 8:22\u201323)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Twisted Truth #6:\u00a0<\/span>\u201cGod is angry at me when I\u2019m tempted.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Truth:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>God does not disapprove of you because you are tempted.
