Winterfylleth<\/a><\/strong> is back with their first record in four years The Imperious Horizon<\/em> on September 13, and a new single “Dishonour Enthroned” streaming right now alongside a music video by Killian Monson<\/strong>. The Imperious Horizon<\/em> is the first album to feature guitarist and backing vocalist Russell Dobson<\/strong> as a writing member in place of Dan Capp<\/strong>. The album also features a guest vocal performance by AA Nemtheanga<\/strong> from Primordial<\/a><\/strong> on the track “In Silent Grace”.<\/p>\n “In some ways, the album is a reflection on the mania of the years since the last album, how the world has changed for the worse, and moreover how we all feel like we are living in a more divided and upheaved world ever since!” said Winterfylleth<\/a><\/strong> guitarist and vocalist C. Naughton<\/strong>.<\/p>\n “The title speaks to a looming sense of some dominant power or agenda that is coming, just over the horizon. It’s on its way, and we don’t know quite how it will manifest, but we know that it is creeping ever forward, and it is inevitable.\u201d<\/p>\n The Imperious Horizon<\/em> was recorded and produced once again by the legendary Chris Fielding<\/strong> (Primordial<\/a><\/strong>, Napalm Death<\/a><\/strong>, Conan<\/a><\/strong>, Electric Wizard<\/a><\/strong>, etc.) at Foel Studios in Central Wales, while the post-production & mastering was overseen by Mark<\/strong> Mynett<\/strong> (My Dying Bride<\/a><\/strong>, Rotting Christ<\/a><\/strong>) at his Mynetaur Productions suite in Manchester, UK.<\/p>\n Pre-orders are available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
