Wormrot<\/a><\/strong> is down to one full-time member \u2013 founding guitarist Nurrasyid “Rasyid” Juraimi<\/strong> \u2013 as longtime drummer Vijesh Ghariwala<\/strong> has parted ways with the band. According to a statement from Juraimi<\/strong>, he and Ghariwala<\/strong> mutually decided to part ways. This departure comes roughly two years after founding vocalist Arif Suhaimi<\/strong> left the band in 2022.<\/p>\n “After much reflection and mutual respect, Vijesh<\/strong> and I have decided to part ways. We’re grateful for the journey we’ve shared and we look forward to new opportunities individually,” wrote Juraimi<\/strong>. “I’d like to thank Vijesh<\/strong> for his years of contribution, and everyone for believing in us along the way. I will carry on to build Wormrot<\/a><\/strong> from the ground up again.”<\/p>\n
