Balenciaga has a history of selling exorbitantly-priced metal and metal-adjacent merchandise, including a collaboration with Rammstein<\/strong><\/a> and whatever the hell this is trying to be<\/a>. Now Balenciaga is back with what might be their ballsiest piece of music-related merchandise yet \u2013 a distressed “festival” bracelet that costs roughly the same as a down payment on a new car.<\/p>\n The bracelet is simply the tattered piece of fabric you see above, which can be yours for the low price of \u20ac4,500 (~$4,800). You could also buy a flight to a festival, get yourself a few nice dinners, stay at a nice hotel, have some beers, and see actual real bands for under $4,800.<\/p>\n Here’s how Balenciaga describes it: “This hand-embroidered bracelet is using various artisanal techniques found in the Lesage archives dating back to 1850: seed stitch, drawn thread work, point de Boulogne, satin stitch, stem stitch, and front-and-back chain stitch.
