Helmet<\/a><\/strong> has a whole buncha tour dates lined up for the United States and Europe between September and December. The US dates feature Local H<\/a><\/strong> as the openers and will see Helmet<\/a><\/strong> celebrating their recent record Left<\/em>, while the European dates are all about the 30th<\/sup> anniversary of Helmet<\/a><\/strong>‘s classic record Betty<\/em>.<\/p>\n

“I swore off anniversary tours after Meantime<\/em> & Betty<\/em> 20th<\/sup> celebrations, but we worked with our former label to re-release Betty<\/em> in the US and decided to,” said Helmet<\/a><\/strong> mastermind Page Hamilton<\/strong>. “We’re stoked to get back to Europe to perform the entire Betty<\/em> album for the last time. It’s been 30 years since we released it; we just did a US limited edition version that includes songs that were not on the original release. See you soon!”<\/p>\n
