Jane’s Addiction<\/a><\/strong> is now streaming “Imminent Redemption”, their first single in 34 years featuring the original lineup of vocalist Perry Farrell<\/strong>, guitarist Dave Navarro<\/strong>, drummer Stephen Perkins<\/strong>, and bassist Eric Avery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“It is different this time,” said Jane’s Addiction<\/a><\/strong>. “To have everyone back together, releasing new music. It’s time. Welcome to the next chapter of Jane’s Addiction<\/a><\/strong>. ‘Imminent Redemption’ is only the beginning.”<\/p>\n

And yes \u2013 Jane’s Addiction<\/a><\/strong> put out The Great Escape Artist<\/em> in 2011 featuring largely that same lineup, but Avery was absent. That record featured Navarro<\/strong>, David Andrew Sitek<\/strong>, and Chris Chaney<\/strong> all trading off bass duties.<\/p>\n
