Now his friend <strong>Kai Turmann<\/strong> is trying to help out <strong>Crook<\/strong>&#8216;s mother <strong>Linda<\/strong> with the memorial service costs. <strong>Turmann<\/strong> has since launched a GoFundMe seeking $20,000 CAD, which is currently sitting at just over $30,000 CAD in donations.<\/p>\n<p>Still, you should consider <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/bill-crook?lang=en_CA&amp;utm_campaign=fp_sharesheet&amp;utm_medium=customer&amp;utm_source=instagram_story\">donating to the GoFundMe right here<\/a> to help someone out in a very difficult moment. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Last week, we lost a beloved friend and family member, <strong>Bill Crook<\/strong>. My name is <strong>Kai Turmann<\/strong>, and <strong>Bill<\/strong> and I have been best friends since we were 10 years old,&#8221; wrote <strong>Turmann<\/strong> on the GoFundMe. &#8220;So many people are grieving <strong>Bill<\/strong>&#8216;s passing, but none more than his wonderful mother, <strong>Linda<\/strong>. <strong>Bill<\/strong> was <strong>Linda<\/strong>&#8216;s only child, and she loved him so, so much.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;While she navigates this unimaginable loss, I&#8217;m reaching out to <strong>Bill<\/strong>&#8216;s large network of friends and loved ones to ask for any donations that can help <strong>Linda<\/strong> cover the costs of the memorial, and any other expenses she is incurring during this incredibly difficult time. We know that many of you wish to celebrate <strong>Bill<\/strong>&#8216;s life with those who loved him, and we will share details about a Memorial Service once finalized, with an option to attend virtually for those unable to be present.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Every dollar donated will go directly to <strong>Linda<\/strong>. This fundraiser has been created with her blessing, as well as her expressed gratitude and love to all of us who loved <strong>Bill<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8216;Death is a natural part of life.
