High Reeper<\/a><\/strong> is now streaming their bloody, good-time new single “Alluring Violence”. The single comes alongside a music video directed by Dan Dome<\/strong>, while the music itself should transport you back to the earlier days of American thrash and groove metal!<\/p>\n On the single, High Reeper<\/a><\/strong> offered: “In an interview in 1992, Cormac McCarthy<\/strong> said ‘There is no such thing as life without bloodshed.’ Simple on its surface, but it has stuck with me throughout the entire writing process of Renewed By Death<\/em> and inspired the title itself.<\/p>\n “The layers of this quote, peeled back, speaks so much more to humanity. We fear death yet we’re obsessed with it. It’s embedded into our being. It finds as much comfort in our household as it does on a battlefield because we’re infatuated with it. ‘Alluring Violence’ is about that infatuation. The human obsession with violence.”<\/p>\n High Reeper<\/a><\/strong> will release their new record Renewed By Death<\/em> on October 4.
