Dave Sweetapple<\/strong> has sadly passed away at 58 years old. Sweetapple<\/strong> was best known as the bassist for the band Witch<\/a><\/strong>, but also played in the band Eerie<\/strong> as well as his own project Sweet Apple<\/strong>.<\/p>\nTributes have been pouring in for Sweetapple<\/strong>, such as this touching one from the folks over at Roadburn: “Dave Sweetapple<\/strong> left an indelible mark on the lives of many, many people and will be sorely missed. Not only was he a talented musician himself but he also nurtured creativity in others, as a mentor, facilitator, and guide.<\/p>\n“His companionable manner and effervescent mischievousness marked him out as a one-off. He was a confidante, a supreme storyteller, a collaborator, and \u2013 most of all \u2013 a friend to us.
