High Parasite<\/strong>, the new band led by Aaron Stainthorpe<\/strong> of My Dying Bride<\/a><\/strong>, is now streaming their new doomy single “Wasn’t Human”. And as you might expect from Stainthorpe<\/strong> at this point, there’s a big ol’ vocal hook thrown in there for good measure.<\/p>\n “A femme fatale of the witching order is attempting to draw from the earth, air, and fire an entity to help her nefarious acts in wishing darkness upon all mankind,” said Stainthorpe<\/strong> of the single.<\/p>\n “From a secretive druids\u2019 stone circle, forested in the cold northlands of Yorkshire, the summoning has begun, but who can tell what devilish forces will be brought into the light! This is the very first High Parasite<\/strong> video to actually feature the entire band performing together as a unit in the bowels of a satanic mill lost to the decay of yesteryear.”<\/p>\n The video for “Wasn’t Human” was directed by Shaun Hodson<\/strong> of Loki Films. High Parasite<\/strong> will release their debut album Forever We Burn<\/em> on September 27.
