Pinkish Black<\/a><\/strong> vocalist and keyboardist Daron Beck<\/strong> has sadly died. News of Beck<\/strong>‘s death comes from Relapse Records, who only note that Beck<\/strong> died from a “medical illness.” We extend our deepest condolences to Beck<\/strong>‘s friends and family at this time.<\/p>\n “We at Relapse Records are saddened by the loss of Daron Beck<\/strong> of Pinkish Black<\/a><\/strong> and Zombi and Friends<\/strong> from a medical illness. Daron<\/strong> was a kind, tremendously funny, and gentle soul that made some of the most creative and compelling music ever released on Relapse Records. Our hearts go out to his partner Lisa<\/strong>, mom Debbie<\/strong>, bandmate Jon<\/strong>, and everyone else that was lucky enough to cross paths with him.”<\/p>\n
