Vitriol<\/a><\/strong> is down to a two-piece midway through their tour with Goatwhore<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n According to guitarist and vocalist Kyle Rasmussen<\/strong>, co-founding bassist and vocalist Adam Roethlisberger<\/strong> has quit the band after a “long and difficult working relationship” with Rasmussen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n As of right now, Vitriol<\/a><\/strong> is Rasmussen<\/strong> and drummer Matt Kilner<\/strong> \u2013 it also appears that guitarist Daniel Mart\u00ednez<\/strong> has also left the band at some point. The following is a statement from Vitriol<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n “Update: Full Terror Assault Fest today. Our performance is at 8:30.<\/p>\n “It is with heavy hearts that we announce the departure of founding member, bassist, and co-vocalist, Adam Roethlisberger<\/strong>. After a very rocky start to the tour, Adam<\/strong> felt it was the time to call it a day. It was the straw upon the camel’s back of a long and difficult working relationship with myself (Kyle<\/strong>). I can be a difficult person to work with. Adam<\/strong> has our love and best wishes in whatever he pursues next.<\/p>\n “Matt<\/strong> and I will continue as a two-piece for the foreseeable future. Thank you to everyone who has shared their support and enthusiasm over these last several shows.
