Nikki Garcia<\/strong><\/a> is planning for her next move as she overcomes the \u201cserious\u201d situation involving husband Artem Chigvintsev<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey are not living under the same roof,\u201d a source exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly<\/em>. \u201cFriends believe they will end up splitting.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> confirmed that Chigvintsev, 42, was arrested for domestic violence<\/a> in Napa County, California on August 29 following an alleged altercation with Garcia, 40. He was released on a $25,000 bail.<\/p>\n

\u201cNikki, [her sister] Brie and their family are too strong to let this slide and to let this kind of behavior be OK,\u201d the insider added, \u201cespecially around a child.\u201d<\/p>\n

Garcia and Chigvintsev share 4-year-old son Matteo. They got married<\/a> in August 2022 and celebrated their two-year anniversary days before the alleged altercation.<\/p>\n

In a 911 dispatch tape<\/a> obtained by TMZ on August 30, Chigvintsev could be heard requesting medical attention. Chigvintsev alleged in the recording that Garcia had thrown a shoe at him during the apparent incident. Minutes later, he called back stating that \u201cno medical is needed,\u201d according to the dispatcher.<\/p>\n

Napa Valley Sheriff PIO Henry Wofford<\/strong> told Us<\/em> after the incident that he \u201chad an opportunity to speak to the victim, noting that Chigvintsev \u201cwas arrested without incident\u201d The sheriff added: \u201cHe was not fighting or combative.\u201d<\/p>\n

When police arrived on the scene, Chigvintsev was placed under arrest after officers saw an individual with visible injuries on the scene. (It\u2019s unclear if this was Garcia.)<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a private matter, and Nikki asks for privacy for her and her family at this time,\u201d a rep for Garcia<\/a> told Us<\/em> at the time.<\/p>\n
