Bankman-Fried is awaiting his sentencing next month, where he potentially faces up to 120 years in prison.<\/p>\n<p>Mashinsky\u2019s decision comes in the wake of the 2022 downturn of Celsius, marking one of the year\u2019s notable cryptocurrency failures, occurring shortly before FTX\u2019s own financial troubles.
