Bontanist<\/a><\/strong> is back with a new single “Aristolochia” \u2013 referring to a widespread family of evergreen and deciduous woody vines that act as fly-traps for pollination \u2013 and a new record dubbed Paleobotany<\/em>, due out May 17. You can check out all the greenery and general heaviness above via a video by Andy Meyer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n “There are hundreds of species of pitcher plant, but the one that this song is about has been around since the Cretaceous period,” said Bontanist<\/a><\/strong> mastermind Otrebor<\/strong>. “Aristolochia gigantea is the biggest member of this family and that is no coincidence.
