Necrophagia<\/a><\/strong> came to an end in 2018 when founding vocalist Frank “Killjoy” Pucci<\/strong> died. In the time leading up to his death, Necrophagia<\/a><\/strong> was working on a new record called Moribundis Grim<\/em> that will now see the light of day sometime this year.<\/p>\n Moribundis Grim<\/em> will feature Killjoy<\/strong>‘s vocals alongside special guest John McEntee<\/strong> from Incantation<\/a><\/strong>, as well as former Necrophagia<\/a><\/strong><\/strong> members Titta Tani<\/strong> (Goblin<\/strong>) and Mirai Kawashima<\/strong> (Sigh<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n “Moribundis Grim<\/em> is Killjoy<\/strong>‘s final album,” said guitarist Serge Streltsov<\/strong>. “These are his last vocal performances. The album features the last Necrophagia<\/a><\/strong> live line up: Killjoy Desade<\/strong>, Serge Streltsov<\/strong>, Shawn Slusarek<\/strong> and Jake Arnette<\/strong>, along with special guest John McEntee<\/strong> and previous members Titta Tani<\/strong> and Mirai Kawashima<\/strong>.<\/p>\n “These songs are the demos the band and Killjoy<\/strong> worked on up until Killjoy<\/strong>‘s passing. Also featuring re-worked versions of songs from the first album and a Samhain cover. Once again the bastard children of horror and gore capture the true essence of what Necrophagia<\/a><\/strong> is all about. Killjoy<\/strong> and Fulci<\/strong> Live!
