Reading Time: <\/span> 4<\/span> minutes<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In addition to <\/span>helping students gain the skills<\/span> needed to be successful in <\/span>C<\/span>alculus, a mindfully designed <\/span>P<\/span>recalculus course can also help address poor study habits, fill <\/span>gaps in foundational knowledge, influence a student\u2019s math mindset<\/span> and introduce useful skills for solving difficult problems. However, careful planning is necessary to achieve these <\/span>additional<\/span> goals.<\/span> Here are some strategies I use t<\/span>o set my Precalculus students up for future <\/span>Calculus <\/span>success using the online learning platf<\/span>orm, <\/span><\/span>WebAssign<\/span><\/span><\/em>. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I hope you can use some of these strategies to set your Precalculus students up for success, whether they\u2019re planning on taking Calculus or not.
