Celebrity chef and known metal fan Guy Fieri <\/strong>recently announced his inaugural Flavortown Festival for June 1 and 2 in Columbus, OH. Fieri<\/strong>‘s lineup included rock bands like Greta Van Fleet<\/a><\/strong> and Bret Michaels<\/strong>, but we thought “hey. Why not make some suggestions to Fieri about the metal bands he should book?” So we did with a whole list<\/a>. And despite our best efforts, the Flavortown Festival has been cancelled.<\/p>\n While Metal Injection<\/em> wasn’t named specifically, a spokesperson for the Flavortown Festival commented to NBC4<\/a><\/em> saying: “Due to unforeseen circumstances, Guy Fieri<\/strong>‘s Flavortown Fest, initially planned for June 1-2 in Columbus, Oh, has been canceled. Thank you to all our Flavortown Fest fans for understanding and your support along this journey.”<\/p>\n We look forward to helping Fieri<\/strong> with what we’re calling Flavor Injection 2025.\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
