Abbath<\/a><\/strong> is returning to his Immortal<\/a><\/strong> roots for the upcoming Return To The Raven Realms Tour this June. No word on if the tour will feature his current solo band or a more Immortal<\/a><\/strong>-leaning lineup, but hey \u2013 Immortal<\/a><\/strong> isn’t doing any live stuff. Someone might as well, right?<\/p>\n “I can\u2019t wait to get back on stage this summer to perform some old favorites that I haven’t played for a long, long time,” said Abbath<\/a><\/strong>. “Mark my words \u2013 It\u2019s going to be loud and epic!”<\/p>\n Abbath<\/a><\/strong> left Immortal<\/a><\/strong> in 2015 and has since been pursing a solo career. Immortal<\/a><\/strong> eventually put out Northern Chaos Gods<\/em> in 2018 featuring Demonaz<\/strong> and Horgh<\/strong>, followed by War Against All<\/em> in 2023 featuring Demonaz<\/strong> alongside studio musicians Ice Dale<\/strong> (Enslaved<\/a><\/strong>) and Kevin Kv\u00e5le<\/strong> (Gaahls Wyrd<\/a><\/strong>). Immortal<\/a><\/strong> has not played a show since 2013.<\/p>\n Abbath<\/a><\/strong>‘s tour will obviously focus on the albums he played on.
