Mike Tyson<\/strong> will return to the ring on July 20 to fight YouTuber and professional boxer Jake Paul<\/strong> at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. And who better to get Tyson back in shape than renown vocalist and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Maynard James Keenan<\/strong>?<\/p>\n Keenan<\/strong> posted on his Instagram about training with Tyson<\/strong>, noting that he and the folks at Verde Valley BJJ were where Tyson<\/strong> began getting in shape for the fight.<\/p>\n “Honored to have Mike Tyson<\/strong> grace our small town academy, Verde Valley BJJ,” said Keenan. “His Training Camp for Jake Paul<\/strong> vs Mike Tyson<\/strong> began under our roof. Gonna be bragging about that for a bit. Long after y’all are tired of hearing about it. Deal w it”<\/p>\n Tyson<\/strong>‘s fight is his first in 19 years. It’s also a pretty funny juxtaposition between the instrument-wielding guys in Tool<\/a><\/strong> and Keenan<\/strong> \u2013 they’re generally out there talking about writing new material and doing instrument-related interviews, while Keenan<\/strong> is quietly training Mike Tyson<\/strong> on how to kick someone’s ass effectively again.<\/p>\n
