But what kinda festival would it be served at? We asked <strong>Lander<\/strong> and <strong>Jones<\/strong> to put together their 10 top picks for a fantasy KittiePIG festival, which you can check out below!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kittie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We are allowed to pick our own bands to play at this festival, right? I think <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/metalinjection.net\/tag\/kittie\">Kittie<\/a><\/strong> would be an obvious choice to play our dream festival, representing women in metal for the better part of 30 years as a band. Plus, our new song &#8220;Eyes Wide Open&#8221; just might be the comeback of the year so far if I do say so myself.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<iframe title=\"KITTIE - Eyes Wide Open (Official Music Video)\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hIqcEiaOpM8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arch Enemy<\/h2>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been a fan of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/metalinjection.net\/tag\/arch-enemy\">Arch Enemy<\/a><\/strong> for a number of years now, and have always loved their ferocious anthems. <strong>Angela Gossow<\/strong> ruled the microphone for many years and passing the torch to <strong>Alissa White-Gluz<\/strong> has only increased the intensity and solidified their place as one of the greats in metal. <strong>Alissa<\/strong> is an iconic front woman and it&#8217;s been amazing to watch her shine, commanding the stage like a queen! She&#8217;s honed her craft in a way that makes shredding look so damn easy, and she&#8217;s an incredible live performer. Whether it be flying solo with her latest album or holding it down with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/metalinjection.net\/tag\/alice-cooper\">Alice Cooper<\/a><\/strong>, we need <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/metalinjection.net\/tag\/nita-strauss\">Hurricane Nita<\/a><\/strong> to represent the female shredders at our dream fest!<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<iframe title=\"The Golden Trail\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yQMptAxKL3o?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spiritbox<\/h2>\n<p>More Canadians in the house here, don&#8217;t you know we all know each other up here? <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/metalinjection.net\/tag\/spiritbox\">Spiritbox<\/a><\/strong> seems to be everywhere these days, and rightfully so. Definitely high on my festival wish list! <strong>Chaney<\/strong>&#8216;s lows make me cry happy tears of blood, and she shatters glass with those highs. I have had the pleasure of co-writing, engineering and co-producing all of <strong>Cinnamon Babe<\/strong>&#8216;s singles thus far. She is a ferocious performer with a strong message and it&#8217;s so inspiring watching her grow as an artist!<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<iframe title=\"Cinnamon Babe - &quot;Rock &#039;N&#039; Roll Is Black&quot; [Official Music Video]\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oeE8XB_bur0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Banshee<\/h2>\n<p>I discovered <strong>Banshee<\/strong> through the collaboration we did with <strong>Cinnamon Babe<\/strong>. She is known for her signature style of &#8220;fairy metal&#8221;, a blend of trap, hyper pop, black metal and witch house with lyrics that aggressively confront misogyny, abuse and predatory behavior on her experiences in the metal scene. Seeing them at our festival will be the first time seeing them live, which will surely be a huge treat. Thank you, <strong>Tori<\/strong>! <strong>Serena Cherry<\/strong> is a total badass and I can&#8217;t wait to watch them while sipping on an ice cold KittiePIG.
