The bad news is that Cerebral Rot<\/a><\/strong> is done. The good news is that Cerebral Rot<\/a><\/strong>‘s lead guitarist and vocalist Ian Schwab<\/strong>, and guitarist Clyle Lindstrom<\/strong>, have reformed as Corpus Offal<\/strong>. The band is rounded out by Jesse Shreibman<\/strong> (Bell Witch<\/a><\/strong>, Autophagy<\/strong>) on drums and Jason Sachs<\/strong> (ex-Demoncy<\/strong>) on bass, and you can check out their two-track demo below.<\/p>\n As for what it sounds like, it’s former Cerebral Rot<\/a><\/strong> dudes making absolutely fucking puke-worthy death metal. What else do you want? Both tracks will both appear on the band’s eventual debut LP (in re-recorded form) to be recorded by Billy And<\/strong>erson straight to tape later this year and released in 2025.<\/p>\n Demo 2024 was mixed by Michael Foster<\/strong> and Corpus Offal<\/strong>, mastered by Dan Lowndes<\/strong>, and given art and a logo by Ian Schwab<\/strong>.
