TV host, comedian, and writer Bill Maher<\/strong> has launched Club Random Studios named after his own podcast Club Random<\/em> started in 2022. Two additions to the newly-minted Club Random Studios are Smashing Pumpkins<\/a><\/strong> frontman Billy Corgan<\/strong> and his own Club Random<\/em> podcast, as well as Limp Bizkit<\/a><\/strong> vocalist Fred Durst<\/strong> who will host a show about UFOs and conspiracy theories.<\/p>\n “I never knew Fred<\/strong> or Billy<\/strong>,” Maher<\/strong> said of Corgan<\/strong> and Durst<\/strong> to Variety<\/a><\/em>. “But something good happens there, and I can feel like I\u2019m best friends for life with somebody who I just talked to for an hour and a half. That\u2019s the quality we want \u2014 a nighttime feel.”<\/p>\n Both Corgan<\/strong> and Durst<\/strong> were guests on Club Random<\/em> in 2023. Durst<\/strong> previously narrated the 2023 UFO film The Lost Century: And How to Reclaim It<\/em> by Dr. Steven Greer<\/strong>, and even addressed the extraterrestrial topic to a crowd in Colorado during a 2022 Limp Bizkit<\/a><\/strong> show.<\/p>\n “I hate to be a preacher, but it’s super important you do not believe all this bullshit information they’re feeding us,” said Durst<\/strong> as noted by Loudwire<\/a><\/em>. “Everyone’s feeding us all this fear mongering bullshit, and it’s up to us to seek the truth. It’s gonna happen soon. There’s gonna be a revolution. These are people who I would be interested in listening to.”<\/p>\n As for both bands, Limp Bizkit<\/strong> has a tour coming up this July<\/a> and Smashing Pumpkins<\/strong> is still looking for a new guitarist<\/a>.<\/p>\n \n
