Author & Punisher<\/a><\/strong> will hit the road across Europe (mostly in the UK and Ireland) this August. The tour kicks off in Newcastle on August 3, makes stops at Void Fest, ArcTanGent, and Frantic Fest, and ultimately wraps up in Gyongyos on August 18. A handful of dates will include KEN Mode<\/a><\/strong>, and you can get your tickets here<\/a>. <\/p>\n 8\/3 Newcastle, UK Cluny 2 Author & Punisher<\/a><\/strong> previously kicked off his 2024 North American tour with a cover of “Motomami” by Rosal\u00eda<\/strong>, which you can stream below.<\/p>\n “‘Motomami’ is a such a contagious album and the title track is heavy as hell,” said Author & Punisher<\/a><\/strong> mastermind Tristan Shone<\/strong>. “I was hearing this track and seeing Rosal\u00eda<\/strong> posters on an EU tour and it got into my head\u2026 I just had this feeling it could translate to something slow\/heavy and industrial. There was a live set on Youtube where she started with some drone sequence and the whole performance was dark, melancholic, beautiful and fun as hell.”<\/p>\n
