Volbeat<\/a><\/strong> is all prepped to hit the studio next week for the follow-up to their 2021 album Servant Of The Mind<\/em>. According to Volbeat<\/a><\/strong> frontman Michael Poulsen<\/strong> in the below video, Volbeat<\/a><\/strong> will once again work with Jacob Hansen<\/strong> on the new material as they have on every record prior.<\/p>\n “Hello, Volbeat<\/a><\/strong> listeners and fans out there,” said Poulsen<\/strong>. “Today is the last rehearsal day for Volbeat<\/a><\/strong> before we enter the Jacob Hansen<\/strong> studio next week. We have all the songs we need for the next album. It’s gonna be out next year. Can’t wait. The next update that’s gonna be from Volbeat<\/a><\/strong> is gonna be from the Jacob Hansen<\/strong> studio. See you soon.”<\/p>\n The new record will also be their first since the departure of guitarist Rob Caggiano<\/strong> in 2023. The last Volbeat<\/a><\/strong> record without Caggiano<\/strong> was Beyond Hell \/ Above Heaven<\/em> in 2010. It’ll also be the band’s first since Poulsen<\/strong> underwent throat surgery in 2023<\/a>. <\/p>\n
