Volume<\/strong> is now steaming their beefy, noisy new single “Joy Of Navigation” in all its primal glory. And how does Volume<\/strong> rock so hard? Easy, their lineup rules.<\/p>\n Volume<\/strong> was formed in 1993 by ex-Fu Manchu<\/a><\/strong> singer Patrick Brink<\/strong> with their upcoming album Joy Of Navigation<\/em> featuring ex-Monster Magnet<\/a><\/strong> guitarist Ed Mundell<\/strong> playing leads, drummer Mike Amster<\/strong> (Nebula<\/a><\/strong>, Mondo Generator<\/a><\/strong>, Spoon Benders<\/strong>), bassist Jason Hernandez<\/strong>, and lead guitarist Derek Christiansen<\/strong>. Joy Of Navigation<\/em> was co-produced by Brink<\/strong> and David Catching<\/strong> (Queens Of The Stone Age<\/a><\/strong>, etc.).<\/p>\n Joy Of Navigation<\/em> is out November 1.
