Finally!\u2026 It\u2019s been decided\u2026 The Y&R\u2019s most annoying women in 2024 in Genoa City. From lessons not learned, lies, & loopholes, here are 2024\u2019s most lovely & annoying ladies in Genoa City on Young & the Restless\u2026<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s rant, Young & the Restless fans!!\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Nicki Newman\u2019s (Melody Thomas Scott) unlimited, persistent, & unnecessary hatred of her stepson Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) among other unentertaining traits place her at the top of the Most Annoying Women in Genoa City list for 2024.<\/p>\n As annoying as Nikki\u2019s hatred for Adam is, it\u2019s at least as annoying that she never learns that her husband Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) does not do everything to support his family, he does everything to support #1 \u2014 Victor Newman. <\/p>\n This year there was a conversation between Nikki & her good friend Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) at Society discussing Victor & Lauren\u2019s husband, Attorney Michael Baldwin. As per usual, Lauren had some concerns about the latest request Victor gave him & mentioned those concerns to Nikki. Nikki seriously attempted to reassure Lauren that Victor would never-ever do anything to put Michael in harm\u2019s way. Young & the Restless fans totally LOL\u2019d. It was widely seen on social media. <\/p>\n Um, didn\u2019t Michael Baldwin recently end up in a Peruvian prison one of the last times he was on assignment for The Mustache?<\/p>\n Nikki Newman hasn\u2019t just been annoying with friends & family, she\u2019s doubled down professionally as well. It wasn\u2019t long at all after her shortest period of rehab after her latest alcoholism reboot she was demanding she be reinstalled at Newman Media as CEO. Of course, Victor Newman disguised holding Nikki back to give her time to rest at home which would have made sense but he had ulterior motives which included Adam who Nikki hates being CEO of Newman Media. All the while he was using Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) to get information to take down Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to buy Abbott Chancellor now renamed back to Chancellor Industries from Billy\u2019s mother Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). <\/p>\n Nikki totally let Victor screw over Lily & she helped him & then had enough nerve to attempt to apologize to Lily. Now Nikki Newman is CEO of Chancellor Winters without any business training & is grooming her new granddaughter Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) who has a college education to be her assistant. When will Nikki Newman ever learn?\u2026<\/p>\n Miss Lily Winters also made the Most Annoying Women on Y&R in 2024 list. She has been the most bitchy liar in Genoa City all year, yet treated like a queen. Lily can\u2019t work with Devon. She can\u2019t work with Billy. She withheld \u201cconvenient\u201d information from Jill Abbott & then attempted to work with The Almighty Victor Newman to become solo CEO of Chancellor Industries, & she lost.<\/p>\n Despite everyone in town thinking it was Billy Abbott\u2019s worst decision ever to let Lily go from Abbott Chancellor, he was completely spot on. Lily was a back-stabbing liar to him & withheld information from his mother Jill & then tried to align & win with Victor Newman. Since she lost to The Mustache just like every other person who attempts to win does in Genoa City, she has been prancing around Genoa City in her cute little outfits lunching by herself & being bitchy to anyone who tries to talk with her.<\/p>\n Lily Winters is now wrapping up 2024 by accepting her brother Devon Winters\u2019 (Bryton James) offer to go back to Hamilton Winters & Young & the Restless fans are not happy. The consensus in Genoa City has been that she works with her family & she has 110% opposed it & now she\u2019s caving. What was the point of all of this on Y&R?<\/p>\n Claire Grace now Newman wasn\u2019t even in the running for one of the most annoying women last year on Young & the Restless as fans had just met her & had no idea of what to make of her & didn\u2019t know much about where she came from & who she would become. At this point the powers that be at CBS may as well rename Y&R \u2018The Claire Newman Show.\u2019 Everyone in Genoa City loves her except for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) who calls Claire \u2018Scary Poppins.\u2019<\/p>\n The Newmans love Claire. Even Claire\u2019s skeptical little sister Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) has gotten on board. Then when visiting the Abbott house for Thanksgiving Claire was called & invited in as family. Again, it\u2019s been just a year since Claire landed in Genoa City after trying to kill the Newmans in Oregon with the help of her Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) who raised her. Has everyone forgotten about this not-so-small detail? Yes, Claire went into treatment, but like Nikki\u2019s treatment, it was not long at all. In fact, Michael Baldwin got Claire out early per the request of The Almighty Victor Newman. How in way less than a year did she not only complete a 180 but everyone in Genoa City to buy in? <\/p>\n At least she won\u2019t be dressing like Hollie Hobby any longer. Mother Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) & Grandmother Nikki Newman had Lauren Fenmore create an insta-boutique to get Claire ready for her new job at Chancellor Winters. Claire Newman will be ready to dress the part inside & out.<\/p>\n Usually boring on Young & the Restless means a snooze fest that Y&R fans can fast-forward through. Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) has made boring annoying. Up until she hit the sheets with on-again-off-again ex-husband Adam Newman, she had been dating & hitting the sheets with one of the least boring men in Genoa City, Billy Abbott. Chelsea even managed to make Billy Boy boring! Young & the Restless fans were not at all in favor of Sally Spectra\u2019s (Courtney Hope) heart being broken, but at least Billy isn\u2019t boring anymore.<\/p>\n Speaking of Chelsea sleeping with Adam, Y&R fans were totally expecting her to flip out & become all needy again like she usually is & want to get back together with Adam. Chelsea couldn\u2019t even do that right. She was 98% chill & was only worried about not telling Billy & how things would shake out if he & Sally found out down the line. It was Adam Newman who pressured Chelsea into keeping that night in Baltimore a secret. Now he\u2019s pushing for a relationship reboot with Chelsea whenever Sally Spectra is not within earshot of where he is. <\/p>\n It\u2019s about time Chelsea took her OCD son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) for a holiday visit to Minnesota to stay with her mother Anita Lawson (Catherine Bach) indefinitely.<\/p>\n Merry Christmas, Young & the Restless fans!
