Camille Grammer<\/strong><\/a> is going into 2025 with an all-new physical and mental mindset.<\/p>\n

\u201cNew Year, new look,\u201d Grammer, 56, wrote via Instagram<\/a> on Thursday, January 2, sharing a bikini selfie. \u201cI was over the look of my implants and wanted the natural look. I feel much better without them.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grammer also expressed her gratitude to plastic surgeon Robert Cohen<\/strong> for performing the procedure.<\/p>\n

Many of Grammer\u2019s fellow Real Housewives <\/i>applauded her explant surgery<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Grammer has been candid about the plastic surgery she\u2019s had through the years.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh God, what have I done? Let\u2019s see, obviously, I\u2019ve had a breast augmentation and Botox absolutely,\u201d she said on Judith Regan<\/strong>\u2019s SiriusXM radio show in 2010<\/a>. \u201cJust a crock full of Botox.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grammer is also a cancer survivor<\/a>, battling endometrial cancer in 2013 followed by skin cancer in 2017.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a squamous cell carcinoma and it could show up on the skin or in your lungs, it could be in the back of your throat, in your vagina, in your labia, there\u2019s many places it could show up,\u201d she told Us Weekly <\/i>in December 2017.<\/a> \u201cI had surgery three days ago and I\u2019m out and about but I\u2019m still healing and I\u2019m still in some pain.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the time, Grammer praised her family\u2019s support during the health scare.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think keeping your family close and having them support you helps you so much,\u201d she said, adding she got her \u201cstrength\u201d from her late mother. \u201cAlso having a good man in your life, and I have a lot of great friends, too.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grammer wed now-husband David C. Meyer<\/strong><\/a> one year later in October 2018. She was previously married to actor Kelsey Grammer<\/strong> before divorcing in 2010. Camille and Kelsey, 69, share daughter Mason, 23, and son Jude, 20.<\/p>\n
