Per medical examiner records viewed by <em>Us Weekly<\/em>, Baena <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/aubrey-plazas-husband-jeff-baena-cause-of-death-revealed\/\">died by suicide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is an unimaginable tragedy,\u201d Plaza\u2019s rep <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/aubrey-plaza-breaks-silence-after-husband-jeff-baenas-death-at-47\/\">said in a statement<\/a> to <em>Us<\/em> on January 6 on behalf of the actress and her family. \u201cWe are deeply grateful to everyone who has offered support. Please respect our privacy during this time.\u201d (It was revealed on March 19 that Plaza and Baena had been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/aubrey-plaza-separated-from-jeff-baena-5-months-before-his-death\/\">separated for four months<\/a> at the time of his death.)<\/p>\n<p>Days after Baena\u2019s death, manager<strong> Simon Jones<\/strong> shared that <em>RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race<\/em> star <strong>James Lee Williams<\/strong> \u2014 better known as The Vivienne \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/drag-race-star-james-lee-williams-known-as-the-vivienne-dead-at-32\/\">died at age 32<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"news-block\">\n<div class=\"newsletter-form  \" wp_automatic_readability=\"8.5\">\n<div class=\"newsletter-signup__success\" aria-live=\"polite\" wp_automatic_readability=\"7\">\n<h3>Thank You!<\/h3>\n<p>You have successfully subscribed.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>\u201cJames was an incredibly loved, warm-hearted and amazing person,\u201d the publicist shared in an Instagram statement on January 5. \u201cTheir family are heartbroken at the loss of their son, brother and uncle. They are so proud of the wonderful things James achieved in their life and career. We will not be releasing any further details.
