The Miami Dolphins<\/a> don’t seem poised to trade wide receiver Tyreek Hill unless another team offers them a haul.\u00a0 <\/p>\n In a Tuesday news conference, Dolphins general manager Chris Grier<\/a> confirmed they have placed cornerback Jalen Ramsey on the trade block. Unsurprisingly, that raised questions about whether Miami is shopping Hill. <\/p>\n “[A Hill trade] is not anything we’re pursuing. Who knows? If someone wants to come and give me two first-round picks, we’ll consider it,” Grier said, per NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n Grier probably knows another team may not meet his asking price for the 31-year-old wideout.\u00a0<\/p>\n Last offseason<\/a>, the Buffalo Bills sent 31-year-old WR Stefon Diggs, a 2024 sixth-rounder and a 2025 fifth-rounder, to the Houston Texans for a 2025 second-rounder.\u00a0<\/p>\n It’s easy to argue Hill is a better player than Diggs, who has since signed with the New England Patriots. He has earned five first-team All-Pro nods in nine seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs and Dolphins. Diggs, meanwhile, has one in 10 seasons with Houston, Buffalo and the Minnesota Vikings.<\/p>\n Teams may not be willing to spend high draft capital on an aging WR, though, especially one whose numbers have declined. In 17 games in 2024, Hill had 959 receiving yards, the third-lowest mark of his career.\u00a0<\/p>\n The WR still seems unsure about playing for the team for the rest of his career. After a Week 18 loss to the New York Jets in 2024, he suggested he wanted a trade<\/a>, telling the media, “I’m out, bro.”\u00a0<\/p>\n In February, Hill backpedaled those comments, saying he wanted to stay in Miami, via Pro Football Talk’s Charean Williams.<\/a> Then, he reignited trade rumors in late March when he posted a series of cryptic tweets.<\/a><\/p>\n While it seems the Dolphins will probably not trade Hill before the 2025 NFL Draft \u2014 scheduled April 24-26 in Green Bay \u2014 that doesn’t guarantee he’ll stay in Miami for the entire season.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
