We can begin with self control, a fruit of the spirit that the Bible assures us will help us put the desires of the flesh behind us (Galatians 5:22-23).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maybe you\u2019ve struggled with motivation. Maybe you\u2019ve started and stopped a dozen times. It\u2019s okay. His mercies are new every morning, and you can start again, today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>You don\u2019t need a perfect diet or exercise plan. You need a purpose-filled one.
