It\u2019s tender. It\u2019s personal. And for many of us, myself included, it has been wrapped in years of criticism, shame, and comparison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>I want this conversation to be different. It belongs to the Lord.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He crafted it with purpose, and He calls us to steward it, not to obsess over it, criticize it, or neglect it. When I began truly taking care of the one body God gave me, everything shifted. I had more energy, more clarity, and most importantly, I was more spiritually awake to what God was calling me to do.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ever feel like you have just failed\u2026 had a bad food day, or a bad exercise day, or just lost your self control in a way that makes you feel that shame of failure?\u00a0 The good news is you can start again. God\u2019s mercy is new every morning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And, the even better news is that learning to surrender your own will when it comes to our physical health isn\u2019t about diets, workouts, or worldly self-care. It\u2019s about <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">obedience<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
