Kohberger was arrested in December 2024, a little over one month after breaking into the Moscow, Idaho, home located at 1122 King Road and stabbing Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Maddie Mogen [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Kohberger broke into a house in Moscow, Idaho, on November 13, 2022, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/inside-the-lives-of-bryan-kohbergers-idaho-murder-victims\/\">fatally stabbed college students<\/a> <strong>Ethan Chapin<\/strong>, <strong>Xana Kernodle<\/strong>, <strong>Maddie Mogen<\/strong> and <strong>Kaylee Goncalves.<\/strong> He was arrested one month later.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, Kohberger pleaded not guilty to the murders. Last month, as part of his deal, he pleaded guilty to four counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony burglary. He was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/bryan-kohberger-gets-life-in-prison-without-parole-for-idaho-murders\/\">sentenced to four lifetimes<\/a> in prison for the crimes.<\/p>\n<p>A trial would have begun this month if Kohberger hadn\u2019t accepted the plea deal.
