In this episode of this series, we uncover how unrealistic and unspoken expectations quietly lead to offense. This conversation will help you walk in freedom, clarity, and deeper peace in your relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I want to walk with you through something that has personally challenged me and transformed the way I see relationships. We are called to reflect Jesus in the way we love, forgive, and extend grace. When you become aware of how expectations are shaping your reactions, you begin to step into a new level of freedom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some of the key takeaways from this episode:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Offense often starts with unspoken expectations that were never communicated<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Many offenses are rooted in assumptions, not intentional harm<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Placing God sized expectations on people leads to disappointment and hurt<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 People cannot fulfill what only God was designed to provide<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Expecting healed responses from unhealed people creates unnecessary offense<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Understanding where someone is helps you guard your heart without excusing behavior<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Jesus modeled relationships with clarity and without unrealistic expectations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Disappointment is often a signal of misplaced expectations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Freedom begins when you release expectations that were never meant to be there<\/span><\/li>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My heart for you is that you would live light, free, and deeply connected to Jesus. You do not have to carry the weight of disappointment.
