First, drape the string lights<\/a> over the foam ball<\/a> (aka the witch’s head) and then cover it all with enough black gauze<\/a> that it will drape down and become the witch’s dress. Try to concentrate the majority of the lights so they’ll dangle below the “head.” Then, gather and tie the gauze together below the ball (a long piece of ribbon or thin wire should work) to create the witch\u2019s shape and secure the fairy lights in place. Finally, attach the ready-to-hang hat<\/a> to the gauze-covered ball; hot glue along the inner rim and\/or a few long pins above the brim and through the foam should do the trick.
