Things have been pretty quiet in the Khemmis camp lately. The band played 15 total shows in 2024 so far and, outside a brief return in 2023 with the Where the Cold Wind Blows 7″, hasn’t released a full-length album since 2021’s Deceiver. That’s about to change.
According to Khemmis in a brief update, they’re working on a new record right now and promises to see everyone soon. The silence also makes sense considering Khemmis‘ own Ben Hutcherson and David Small have spent a chunk of 2024 promoting the first new Glacial Tomb record in six years, Lightless Expanse (which you really should check out here).
