Temperature swings will continue to make all the headlines during this dry stretch as it continues into the weekend.
According to almanac data, the last measurable rainfall in Concord was on Oct 17, and it was only 0.1″!
Dry conditions persist with some milder air in the 60s returning to end the week. It will be breezy at times. The next front looks to arrive tonight. At this point, any rainfall looks minimal and may just be limited to some showers in the North Country. A few showers could linger north for daybreak Friday before clearing out.
Highs will also be in the 60s on Friday with some sunshine.
Halloween looks cool but dry with highs in the 50s to near 60. Dry weather will last through Sunday with highs also in the 50s.
One note: We “fall back” this weekend, too. Daylight Saving Time ends at 2:00 a.m. Sunday, so don’t forget to change the clocks back one hour. This means an extra hour of sleep (or an extra hour of Halloween celebrations) and an earlier sunrise/sunset for November 1st. Early risers will get sunrise at 6:20 Sunday morning while the sunset will be at just 4:37 p.m.
