A 450-pound bull is safe after he escaped from his enclosure Friday in Gilmanton.Alexander DeCoste was traveling on Route 140 when he was stopped by a miniature Highland bull in the middle of the road. DeCoste said he jumped out of his truck and attempted to wrangle the animal with a rope.
