A New Hampshire man is facing several charges after he allegedly drove the wrong way on Interstate 293 and Interstate 93 while intoxicated, officials said.New Hampshire State Police said troopers arrested Brian Kunst, 49, of Bow on Sunday.State Police said around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, troopers received a report of a driver heading northbound in the southbound lanes on I-293 near mile marker 7.4 in Manchester. Officials said the driver continued northbound in the southbound lanes on I-93 in Hooksett.Later on, state police said it received a report of a crash involving one vehicle south of the Hooksett tolls. Officials said a driver swerved to avoid a head-on collision and went off the road. State police said the people involved in the single-vehicle crash sustained non-life-threatening injuries.Officials said Kunst was eventually stopped by a state trooper on I-93 in Concord. He was charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and driving while intoxicated.State police said Kunst was held at the Merrimack County Department of Corrections. He is set to appear in Concord District Court on Monday.
