Have you ever faced a seemingly insurmountable obstacle in your spiritual journey? A point where you felt stuck, lost, or unsure of how to move forward? In our recent group coaching session, we delved into the concept of “The Wall,” a pivotal stage in our faith where we are confronted with challenges that test our commitment and deepen our relationship with God.

In Malachi 3:16, we are reminded of the importance of honoring God and seeking His presence in our lives. The passage speaks of a group of individuals who gathered to talk about God, and in doing so, they found themselves in His presence, with their names written down as God-fearers. This serves as a powerful reminder that in times of struggle and uncertainty, God is always listening and guiding us through.

As we reflect on the stages of faith discussed in our coaching session, we are reminded of the significance of “The Wall.” This stage represents a period of intense growth and transformation, where we are faced with difficult circumstances that challenge our faith and push us to rely on God’s strength. It is a time of surrender, of letting go of our own desires and embracing God’s will for our lives.

Just as Peter faced his own “wall” after denying Jesus three times, only to be restored by Christ’s grace and commission to shepherd His flock, we too are called to persevere through our trials and emerge stronger in our faith. The journey through “The Wall” is not easy, but it is necessary for our spiritual growth and maturity.

In our pursuit of freedom, abiding in God’s presence, and embracing the call to shepherd others, let us remember that God is with us every step of the way. As we face our own walls, may we find strength in His promises and courage in His presence. Let us trust in His guidance and lean on His grace to lead us through the challenges ahead.

Let’s Pray:

Lord God, we come before you with hearts open and spirits willing to face the walls in our lives. Give us the strength to persevere, the wisdom to discern your will, and the faith to trust in your plan for us. May we find comfort in your presence and courage in your promises as we navigate the challenges ahead. Guide us through “The Wall” and lead us to a deeper intimacy with you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
