A teenager from Raymond was found dead in a New Hampshire lake Sunday morning after an apparent drowning, authorities said.
New Hampshire Fish and Game said around midnight, there were four people out canoeing in Governors Lake in Raymond, which capsized and flipped over.

Three of the individuals got to shore and when they realized their 15-year-old friend was missing, they called for help. The 15-year-old boy from Raymond, whose identity has not been released, was not wearing a life jacket, authorities said.
First responders searched through the early morning for the teenager and about 8 a.m. Sunday, conservation officers found and recovered the body about 30 – 6o feet from shore, in about nine feet of water, authorities said.

New Hampshire State Police – Marine Patrol said investigators believe the death was accidental but all aspects remain under investigation. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
